This book on roles, methods, and jobs is written as a manual for those engaged in career counseling and occupational guidance so that college students can be steered into their best suited job-site, work-place, or career-niche. The idea that there are four differing temperaments, as defined in Please Understand Me (1978) has gotten into most of the nations in both West and East. However, even though the idea of four differing roles that people play in face-to-face interaction with one another was introduced in Please Understand Me II (1998), the idea did not catch on as well as did the idea of four temperaments. Now, in Brains and Careers (2008) the four roles are defined in detail as are the four kinds of intelligence, so that the relationship between role and intelligence is unmistakable, and even more, that WORK is clearly defined in a matrix in which four METHODS intersect with four ROLES to define sixteen RESULTS to be achieved in the CAREER NICHE by those pursuing their AGENDA in their very best SUIT.
