This book on roles, methods, and jobs is written as a manual for those engaged in career counseling and occupational guidance so that college students can be steered into their best suited job-site, work-place, or career-niche. The idea that there are four differing temperaments, as defined in Please Understand Me (1978) has gotten into most of the nations in both West and East.
