As a participant in the Live Training, you will experience a course we have designed to be a dynamic, interactive learning experience. Our world class instructors will lead you in a tailored session oriented to your specific organizational context. You will be equipped with knowledge of Keirsey Temperament Theory and learn the most popular Applications of Keirsey Temperament Theory. Each Live Training course is tailored to address the specific organizational needs of its participants. Live Training classes are scheduled throughout the year at venues throughout major cities worldwide in exclusive training environments. Participants of the Live Training course are part of a small intimate class, and receive personalized attention from the instructor. Live Training course participants receive a two hour private session with an instructor during the course, as well as two coaching calls after the Live Training class. In addition, Live Training course participants have access to the Online Training course modules.

From the comfort of your own home or office, the Online Training course allows the participant to learn the course content through a series of Session Modules, comprised of slides, audio instruction, and engagement with the course workbook along with Session Module quizzes. In the Online Training, you will be equipped with Knowledge of Keirsey Temperament Theory™ and learn the most popular Applications of Keirsey Temperament Theory.

The Online Training is a unique learning experience which meets the needs of those who have a general interest in Keirsey™, and would like to engage the subject matter in a convenient, cost effective manner. As a participant of the One-on-One Training, you will participate in an entirely customized learning experience, prepared exclusively for you. The One-on-One Training Path is truly a unique, engaging learning experience, characterized by previous participants as insightful, intense, and brilliant. You will meet with one of our world class experts, who will lead you in a customized session, oriented to your specific goals, and organizational context. You will be equipped with Knowledge of Keirsey Temperament Theory and Applications of Keirsey Temperament Theory for your most important objectives. Each One-on-One Training participant collaborates directly with their instructor to design a strategic learning plan, tailored to their specific objectives. The One-on-One Training course is either conducted onsite at a location of your choosing, or at an exclusive resort in Southern California (where our training division is headquartered). Participants of the One-on-One Training course receive undivided personalized attention from the instructor, who will serve as a coach, consultant and trainer to you.

The Customized Training Path is a dynamic, engaging experience, filled with animated discussion, debate, collaboration and teamwork. You will meet with one of our world class experts, who will lead you in a customized session, oriented to your team/organization’s specific goals, and context. You will be equipped with Knowledge of Keirsey Temperament Theory and Applications of Keirsey Temperament Theory for your enterprise’s most important objectives. The training design would be a creative collaboration between your team and the instructor. The Customized Training course is either conducted onsite at a location of your choosing, or in Southern California where our training division is headquartered.
