Synergy Leaders achieves this mission by providing consulting, training, and coaching solutions relating to an organization’s People Matters™. The aim is to deliver strategic insight, resulting in lasting impact for your most important People Matters™.

 

Training is facilitating a distinctive learning experience for a specific learning agenda. The heart of training is “Education and Learning.” At Synergy Leaders our approach to training is to educate by providing “knowledge” of an organization’s People Matters™, and providing “know-how” to enable you to make a substantial difference. The aim is to connect learning to critical enterprise goals and objectives. Coaching is facilitating a process for growth and development for leaders. The heart of coaching is “Leadership Development.” At Synergy Leaders our approach to coaching is to facilitate a collaborative process where the leader is engaged with the coach in identifying, developing and leveraging their greatest strengths. The aim is to take capable leaders and help them become the best they can be in their leadership.
