Synergy Leaders achieves this mission by providing consulting, training, and coaching solutions relating to an organization’s People Matters™. In today’s marketplace, consulting, training and coaching are often used synonymously. It is not uncommon where an engagement may have a combination of all three services. At Synergy Leaders, we have found that making a distinction between these three areas is optimal for defining the goals we reach in serving our clients. At Synergy Leaders our basic approach to consulting is to collect data to understand the nature of a problem, find a solution, and facilitate successful implementation. Training is facilitating a distinctive learning experience for a specific learning agenda. The heart of training is “Education and Learning”. At Synergy Leaders our basic approach to training is to educate by providing knowledge of an organization’s People Matters, and providing “know-how” so that the learning can be applied to make a substantial difference. Synergy Leaders Trainers are dynamic, energetic, and engaging. They have creative ability, and an acute awareness of whether learning outcomes are on target. Coaching is facilitating a process for growth and development for a perceived leadership gap. The heart of coaching is “Leadership Development”. At Synergy Leaders our basic approach to coaching is to facilitate a collaborative process where the leader is engaged with the coach in identifying, developing and leveraging their greatest strengths. The aim is to take capable leaders and help them become the best they can be. Synergy Leaders coaches are insightful, natural listeners, ethical, strategic, patient, and adaptive. They are experts in understanding leaders and the unique challenges they face. The orientation of coaching is “forward”, and centers on improvements in performance results.
